Infrastructure Related Advisory
We primarily support and advise Western strategic investors and operators in the assessment, structuring and execution of local, municipal and national infrastructure projects in various fields of utilities and construction. Our services include company / project due-diligence, company valuation, market analysis, support in financial planning by business units, PPP solutions, project management, privatisation support and lobbying.

Structured / Project Finance
Our services in this field include general advice in structured / project finance, assessment of the project's feasibility and financing requirements, elaboration of bankable documents, comprehensive business and financial plans, defining preliminary financing terms, screening / selecting / approaching of potential financial institutions and investors, support in negotiations of financial terms and closing of agreements between involved parties.

Privatisations / M&A / Business Relocation
We specialise in buy mandates for strategic and institutional multi-national investors, sell mandates of local companies, representation of foreign interests and lobbying on our Client's behalf in privatisation and concession tenders. In specific industry sectors, such as construction, machine building, food, wood and paper as well as printed media, Moellendorf & Company has successfully executed a number of significant acquisitions / privatisations in recent years. Besides, our firm supports Western companies aiming at the relocation of their production facilities to Central and Eastern European countries and in forming strategic alliances and joint ventures.

Strategic Advisory / Pre-/Post-Acquisition Advisory
Our latest field of activity seeks to have a significant impact on our Clients' performance beyond the transaction process itself. We assist management in the preparation and designing of various "growth strategies" by assessing approaches to market penetration including market-entry and market-potential studies, sector and competition analyses, design and implementation of export-oriented strategies for local companies, identifying and qualifying acquisition targets, conducting financial and operational due diligence, and identifying and exploiting instruments for overall performance improvement.
